non-destructive testing, renovation and restoration of structures, and construction quality evaluation. A
graduate of Bangalore University, he began his career with TORSTEEL/CIVIL AID, where he was actively involved
in structural design, non-destructive services, laboratory operations, and project management consultancy
assignments.
He is currently the Managing Director of VINRON GROUP of Companies, where he leads a wide spectrum of
engineering and construction-related services. Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively on
structural soundness assessments, feasibility studies for additional floors, QA/QC of construction projects,
evaluation and certification of construction quality through NDT, and comprehensive material testing. With
numerous successful projects to his credit, he is widely recognized for his technical expertise, practical
insight, and commitment to excellence in structural engineering.

An accomplished structural engineer with a Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University, brings over 25
years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. He is a member of AICTE, ICE, and CSI,
and is widely recognized for his expertise in structural design, stability assessment, geotechnical services,
and non-destructive testing.
Previously, he served as the In-Charge of Technical Development at Bureau Veritas (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he
led technical compliance and quality assurance initiatives. He has also worked as a Resident Engineer at
Jurong India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing major infrastructure and construction projects. In addition to his industry
contributions, Dr. Srinivasan has over a decade of academic experience as a faculty member and has published
several technical papers in both national and international journals.

Distinguished Engineer and alumnus of Bangalore University who retired from CIVIL AID/Bureau Veritas as a
Technical Manager after a long and distinguished career. He now serves as the Technical Director at VINRON
TECHNOLOGIES, bringing decades of deep domain expertise to the organization.
With 37 years of experience, he has worked extensively in non-destructive and destructive testing, renovation
and restoration of structures, structural evaluation, and condition assessment of a wide range of buildings
and infrastructure. He is also highly skilled in advanced NDT methodologies and has successfully led numerous
prestigious restoration projects. Known for his technical proficiency and practical insight, he has earned a
strong reputation within the government sector in the field of structural consultancy.

Dr. Balaji N. C., a civil engineering professional with a Doctorate from the Indian Institute of Science
(IISc), Bangalore, brings a strong blend of academic expertise and industry involvement. He currently serves
as the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering at The National Institute of Engineering (NIE), Mysuru.
With extensive experience in research, consultancy, and practical civil engineering projects, he has
contributed to various structural and infrastructure assignments. He has guided numerous projects and
participated in technical publications, conferences, and professional forums. His interests span core civil
engineering areas with a focus on practical problem-solving and industry–academia collaboration. He also
serves as an external design review expert and technical advisor to several engineering initiatives. Known for

Dr. Aravind, an alumni of IIT Madras and IISc, is an experienced structural engineering professional with
over 30 years of combined academic and industry involvement. He has served in various capacities, including
Structural Engineer, Director, and Professor in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering.
With extensive experience in structural design, construction, and engineering software applications, he has
contributed to a wide range of structural and infrastructure projects. He has guided professional assignments
and has been active in academic forums, curriculum development, and technical discussions. His areas of
interest span core structural engineering domains, with a strong focus on Earthquake Engineering and Steel
Structures. Alongside his academic responsibilities, he continues to engage in professional consultancy and
technical advisory roles.

Dr. Maheshwari C. V., holding an M.Sc. in Environmental Science and a Ph.D. in the same field, is an
experienced environmental specialist with over 20 years of involvement in environmental impact assessment and
regulatory compliance. She has worked extensively across environmental consulting, project evaluation, and
statutory documentation for a wide range of development projects.
Her expertise includes Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP),
Environmental Audit Statements, Detailed Project Reports, Pre-feasibility Studies, Onsite and Offsite

Srinivasan C. R., a BE (Mechanical) graduate, is a seasoned engineering professional with 40 years of
experience in the fields of HVAC, PHE, MEP, and fire services. He is currently associated with VINRON
TECHNOLOGIES as a Technical Advisor, bringing extensive practical insight and multidisciplinary engineering
expertise to the organization.
Over the course of his career, he has worked on a wide range of projects involving clean rooms, ventilation
systems, and specialized mechanical installations. His contributions include the design and execution of HVAC
and ventilation systems for Toyota India Ltd. and several pharmaceutical laboratories. He has also
independently undertaken and delivered energy-saving projects for the Wilkinson Group of Companies and Indo
Nippon Electricals. Known for his hands-on approach, industry knowledge, and problem-solving skills,
Srinivasan continues to play a key advisory role in mechanical and building services engineering.
